STL Properties is a property development and holdings company based in

Malta, working across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. While

we operate at different scales, our focus remains constant: to develop

properties that are well-considered, intelligently designed, and built with

purpose.

We’re not here for quick wins. Our developments are designed to contribute –

to the urban and natural environment, to the people who live and work within

them, and to the communities they sit beside.

STL Properties is supported by the architectural practice DeMicoli &

Associates, allowing us to operate as both developer and architect. This dual

perspective informs every stage of the process from early concepts and

planning to material choices and final finishes.

By integrating design and development from the outset, we’re able to create

spaces that are not only functional and efficient, but also deeply respectful of

context, form, and long-term use.
